Life has taught me that perseverance and hard work can transform challenges into opportunities. Growing up in the mountainous region of Rasuwa, Nepal, I encountered many hardships—but each one became a stepping stone in my journey. From working in facilities and logistics to my role as a Kitchen Assistant at Gastronomica, and now as an Assistant Store Keeper at Dolcini Cafe, I’ve developed adaptability, discipline, and a strong work ethic. During my time at Gastronomica, I was honored with the Shining Star Award (2024) and recognized multiple times as Employee of the Month—acknowledgments that reaffirm my belief in consistency and dedication. No matter our beginnings, determination can carry us forward.
