Introduction
I am Buddhi Man Ghale, born in 1986 in the mountainous region of Rasuwa, Nepal. With over 10 years of experience, I have worked in various industries, including facility operations, logistics, and hospitality. My journey has been shaped by hard work, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering excellence in every role I undertake.
Government Project Leadership (2017 - 2022)
During my time in Nepal from November 2017 to January 2022, I was actively involved in government-funded projects:
Chairman, Naukunda Rural Municipality Building Construction Committee
- Led a 5.8 million NPR project, overseeing infrastructure development and ensuring efficient execution.
Secretary, Parchyang Famchet Drinking Water Committee
- Managed a 5 million NPR drinking water project funded by Bagmati State Government, ensuring safe water access for the community.
These experiences strengthened my leadership, project management, and organizational skills, preparing me to handle complex responsibilities with efficiency.
Career Journey
Beyond my involvement in government projects, I have gained hands-on experience in multiple fields:
Facilities Assistant – Assisted in building maintenance, safety compliance, and workspace organization.
Forklift Operator – Managed warehouse logistics, material handling, and inventory operations.
Kitchen Assistant – Ensured kitchen hygiene, food safety, and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
Each role has contributed to my professional growth, allowing me to develop a strong work ethic, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities across different industries.
